Buying a new car is never an easy process for a first time buyer but Joe made sure I knew everything that was happening and understood everything I was being told. Super professional and a super nice and friendly guy, I worked with Tim in finances and he was able to break down and explain what each and every warranty is and what would better benefit me. Everyone was super helpful in making sure I understood everything that was going on and nothing was confusing. They paid attention to when I started looking lost and broke it down even for me. Joe has even checked in on me a few times since I left to make sure I am still loving my little blue Fit.
