Great experience! We went to Honda of Kirkland with a specific vehicle in mind. We were very fortunate to run into salesperson Joseph Murphy. He was extremely helpful We went to Honda of Kirkland with a specific vehicle in mind. We were very fortunate to run into salesperson Joseph Murphy. He was extremely helpful; he immediately located the car and brought it to a convenient location near the showroom for us to look at. Joseph worked up the sales price and it was very reasonable. He and the dealership gave us some other cost breaks and an extension of the warranty. While there we were introduced to others (Jay, Justin in Finance, Justin in Sales) who were all very friendly. We made the deal and in just a few days we were able to pick up the car. It was a really nice touch that the dealership has a dedicated weather-protected set of bays just for the delivery. Joseph spent a great deal of time with us to show us the car's operation, and went out of his way to work on connecting our phone to the car. Altogether a great experience. And we love the HR-V! More

After wasting an entire day at another dealership only to be upsold and jerked around at the eleventh hour, we were beginning to engage an auto broker to take care of everything for us and not have to set foot in another dealer. Throughout all this, Dilan was persistent in checking in but never pushy, and ultimately offered the best price anywhere in the area, matching the price from the broker. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family looking for a Honda - kind, genuine people seem like a rare breed in car sales. More
