When we arrived the car was ready for us to see/drive. My husband spotted a different car and we actually ended up buying that one instead. This experience was completely different. So much better! No pressure and everyone was so nice! More

I keep coming back! I just leased a new car with Jin Sato at Honda of Kirkland, and this is my 5th car buy/lease my husband and I have done with him over about a 10 year I just leased a new car with Jin Sato at Honda of Kirkland, and this is my 5th car buy/lease my husband and I have done with him over about a 10 year period. He makes the process as painless as possible. I am not one for sales people, and buying a car is one of the most sales-y situations you can be in. But Jin is straight up...doesn't try to sell me something I don't need or want...helps make the deal work...and I have walked away happy every time. He keeps it familiar and friendly. Fantastic Experience I am a very choosy person and satisfying me is a very difficult task. I came to this showroom to look out for civic and accord models but I do had a b I am a very choosy person and satisfying me is a very difficult task. I came to this showroom to look out for civic and accord models but I do had a budget in my mind. I picked up 3 cars , test driven them and took almost 4 hrs to finalise which one to go for. I know I gave a tough time to our sales representative Dilan Saeed as We almost had a long discussion and Dilan was cool and supportive all way till the end. He never gave up on me , I would say he did a fabulous job. The way they helped me get my first car in US , I would recommend them to all my friends who are planning to get a car in future. More
