We arrived with an internet add and Mr. Sato took us straight to the Certified 2016 Honda CR-V listed in the add, the car that we eventually purchased. He carefully explained and demonstrated all of the included features of the internet ad car. Then he helped us compare and contrast this Certified 2016 Honda CR-V to the newer cars on the lot so that we had full understanding and confidence in what our decision should be. Mr. Sato did not attempt to upsell us to a newer (more expensive) model or denigrate the used car at all. The purchase process included all of the usual banter I expect when buying a car but always very friendly, light hearted and professional, we feel we received a fair deal. All in all we are very happy with the car and very glad that Mr. Sato was there to help make it happen. We heartily recommend the services of Mr. Jin Sato at Honda of Kirkland. More
