She is a gem and a real asset to your company. She took care of the original problem I visited the dealership for. As we spoke I asked to look at some of the new models. She interviewed me regarding what I wanted in a new car etc. she then made some suggestions and we looked at the vehicles. The end result is my new car. Morgan is thoughtful, sensitive, listened (really listened) to my needs and we proceeded to view vehicles. She was never pushy. She is a true professional with wonderful personality. She made me feel comfortable and understood my credit concerns. She did a credit search to see if I qualified once she had that info she spoke with her manager. That’s when we began to look at cars. I of course was so surprised because of my bankruptcy a few yrs earlier. I never thought I would qualify. Anyway she never made me feel embarrassed or ashamed and assisted me in such a gentle manner. We then headed to Kirkland Honda to meet with Joe & test drive our vehicle of choice. Joe was with another client so Jin Sato came to help us. He was fantastic! He was enthusiastic and asked questions to get to know us and what we wanted for our family vehicle. Test driving with him was reassuring because he was honest when we’d ask questions about the vehicle. He wasn’t pushy at all and let us take our time to inspect the vehicle in the parking lot. Jin also helped us put the floor mats on so that we could see what it looked like. He was not only patient, but he was accommodating, kind & we felt he listened and focused to what we wanted and needed for our family vehicle. He was also very personable. We had a positive experience during our buying process as well. The rest of the Hond Staff/Team that helped us as we finalized our purchase we friendly, helpful & kind. Great inventory selection, no hassle or pressure. I knew already, from my online research, the make and model of the Honda that I wished to purchase. Although the color choices were not in my favor, ( I knew already, from my online research, the make and model of the Honda that I wished to purchase. Although the color choices were not in my favor, (the red one sold) I found a great deal with low mileage. Upon my first visit, I stated that I was just looking to get an idea of the mileage on the cars, the salesperson showed me how to decipher the window sticker for approximate mileage, and then let me explore. Due to the low mileage, I was able to add the extended warranty that covers all but the rubber consumables, I can enjoy a new to me car with great gas mileage and peace of mind for any upcoming repairs.
