Surprisingly very pleasant car purchase experience! I bought a CR-V at this dealership. I assumed because of their proximity to Microsoft and Google they were overpricing and would give me a hard bargai I bought a CR-V at this dealership. I didn't think initially that's where I end up buying the car and just wanted to do a test drive and get a sense of their pricing just in case. I was very impressed with the not pushy attitude of Jackie and left to other Honda dealerships in bell and Seattle with a price I had in mind. None of those dealerships would even talk to me about about anything close to my price. Their starting point was $600 above my price. I went back to Kirkland just to see if they agree to my price. I raised by $190 and offered it to them. Barb said it's a hard price but she'll see what she can do. After 10 minutes she came back with a smile and said they agree. No pushiness no feeling of being ripped off. Just feeling great for buying the car at a good price! Very happy! More
