He re-set my clock from day light savings time to regular time when I told him I didn't know how to do it. And he got my car into the service appointment promptly. He also found a $10 off coupon on line (that I didn't know anything about) and applied it to my bill, which is something I really appreciated. The only hitch in my experience, and it was not Ryan's fault at all, is that when the car was finished and Ryan said he would drive it around for me to pick up, the car had not been parked where he expected it to be, and he had to spend extra time locating the car, which was somewhat problematic for me, as I had to leave promptly to pick up my grandson, whom I was babysitting for for the rest of the afternoon. Perhaps there needs to be better communication between the service people who park the car somewhere when they are finished servicing it and the personnel who are dealing with the customer face to face. Other than this glitch, it was great service! More

Great at solving a hard to resolve problem My fog lights stopped working after an accident and collision work. They found the ground wire that was painted over which stopped my lights from work My fog lights stopped working after an accident and collision work. They found the ground wire that was painted over which stopped my lights from working. It wasn't fixed the first time, but that was because I told them I had new bulbs on order, and they left the old ones out. They didn't charge me for the follow up visit after I recieved my bulbs and they didn't work, and found the resolution to this odd problem. More

A coupon was used to get a complimentary loaner car while my brakes were repaired. The entire experience was smooth and efficient. The cost is higher than other places that I could have taken the car, but between the loaner car, the quick time scheduled to get this fixed in one day was so appreciated. The young woman who helped me with the loaner car was kind enough to show me how to use a keyless ignition - in the rain! I know this is not much - but I appreciated it. While a seemingly minor issue, Steven literally exhausted all avenues to conclude a dead/faulty battery. Additionally, it was high volume service day (Monday), so I was expecting to check the car in for service on Tuesday, but Steven started handling the issue right away. While I've only had my car for a little over two years, and have visited the service department a handful of times, I continually drive away feeling like I've received the absolute best service possible, as well as peace of mind. HOK does a great job of hiring customer service reps, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
