I appreciate the Service Advisers and Managers help when things have gone wrong and they have stood behind their work and made things right. Maintenance and operation costs are not inexpensive for any automobile in this age but when you get quality work done and the dealer service department stands behind their work and makes things right it give you a bit more piece of mind as a driver and as someone paying the bills.
