Matthew and Zack helped us get in to our 2025 blazer . There was some hiccups as we are rebuilding but they were quick to work with us and get us in the vehicle we wanted . The incentives we should have received is where we have had the issues . As of today 2/18/2026 we still have not received a check we were told we would get to balance out the bigger car payments for 3 months . When we were told about the kick back it was made to seem like we would be leaving with the check after we bought the vehicle that day . It was not till later we were told a check had to be cut . My wife and myself have been the ones in contact with Honda of lake city , NO ONE has contacted us . It’s been to the point where we both feel like pests because a month later and we still have not gotten what we told we would have . Then yesterday I get a noticed that the blazer is over due for a tire rotation, not a big deal but considering It should have been done before we bought it was frustrating. We were told we have to now pay to have this done even tho it was due before we ever purchased the vehicle . These two issues made me drop my 5 star review down to 3 . You get the good and bad at car lots and over all Honda is great but when you don’t follow thru with what was promised at the time of purchase that is beyond annoying. The fact my wife and myself have to annoy the car sales man to figure out where this check is just should not be happening . More

I brought it back today for the window tint we agreed upon and to fix a rattle under the truck. I ended up having to speak to the service department myself. The service department (TJ) was great. The problems started when I was called about the window tint being finished. I asked that they take the key to service so they could take care of the rattle issue. I was told that that was not a problem. several hours later, I came back expecting the truck to be done and I found out they never brought the keys to service. I asked again and probably should have picked up the keys and drove it around to service myself. Drew found my truck and brought it to service. I should not have had to stay there and make sure the keys and truck were taken across the parking lot. The rattle was fixed. Great job TJ. Then I got home. There is now a scratch in the drivers door of my brand new truck with less than 800 miles on it. The scratch was not there when I took it to the dealership this morning. The scratch looks like either someone had a key chain on or the tinter dropped his razor knife. I am now going to have to buy some touch up paint and fix it. Because I had contact and work done with 2 departments today, I can't narrow it down to who scratched my brand new truck. Whoever scratched it had to know they did it and did not say anything to me. I guess they thought I would not notice a brand new scratch on the drivers door (that I have to look at to get in the truck every time) I am very disappointed and will probably go to Gainesville for anything. I personally feel like the service after the sale (other than the actual service department) was not intended for me to be a repeat customer or to recommend others to go buy a car from this dealership. I am very disappointed. I was treated much much better at Toyota in Gainesville every time I walked in the door there. More

Make sure they explain the terms if you don't ask they will take advantage of you big time. Also ask about there 3 party Warranty look at the coverage before signing and agreeing. My opinion the Warranty they offer isn't the best by far and a total rip off. Do your research and due diligence, sadly as all dealerships they will take advantage of you just my opinion. Last but not least go on in with a pre approved low interest rate and terms meaning loan years approval if not you'll pay dearly and get total hosed.for many more years at a higher rate paying 3 times more than the cars is worth. Bottom line they are not looking out for you and your better interest. Buy smart. More
