Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Vehicle Transaction – December 2025 I am submitting this formal complaint regarding a vehicle transaction that occurred at a Honda dealership in December 2025. I believe December 2025 I am submitting this formal complaint regarding a vehicle transaction that occurred at a Honda dealership in December 2025. I believe I was rushed through a process and placed in a situation that has not been properly addressed by dealership management. At the time I visited the dealership, I had already recently purchased a vehicle. I informed the salesperson of this and explained that I was only looking around because the vehicle I had purchased was experiencing some issues. I also clearly stated that I needed to wait before doing anything further because I needed to remove my disabled veteran tag from my current vehicle. Despite making this clear, the situation moved very quickly. I was asked to e-sign paperwork on my phone, and I was told that everything would go through the following day. Based on that information, I did not believe that a final purchase was being completed at that moment. I also explained that I had a trade-in and again stated that I needed time because of my tag. However, the dealership continued processing the transaction and even issued a tag for the vehicle. After thinking about the situation, I returned the vehicle to the dealership the very next day and informed them that I no longer wanted the vehicle. I do not own or currently possess this vehicle. Additionally, the Kia dealership that assisted me with the vehicle I had already purchased was aware of the situation and communicated this to Honda. Their staff, including their general manager, knew that I had already purchased a vehicle and that there were concerns regarding the Honda transaction. Because of this, it is very concerning that the Honda manager later stated that he was not aware of the situation until now. Since December 2025, we have repeatedly attempted to resolve this issue and have made several efforts to contact Honda corporate, including attempts to speak with Dan Shelly. Unfortunately, we have not been allowed to speak with him or receive meaningful assistance. When I attempted to discuss this matter with the head salesman or manager at the dealership, I was extremely upset by the response I received. During the conversation, the manager laughed and dismissed my concerns, stating that “people buy two cars all the time.” This response showed a lack of professionalism, empathy, and accountability for the situation. I am requesting that this matter be formally reviewed. I believe the circumstances surrounding this transaction were unfair and not handled in good faith. I would appreciate a prompt investigation and resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter. More

Finally got my truck back after 2 weeks, only had it for a day. Seems kinda funny they made sure I purchased the extended warranty as if they knew about the torque converter problem. hmm a day.
