Blake our sales person was processional ,polite and helpful and the communication was good while negotiating through text messages. However I was disappointed with the offer for my trade in car. I was only asking for $350 more but the sales manager refused to budge on their offer which did include delivery to my home. The only way I could get the $350 reduction was to drive 120 mile to the dealership thus eliminating the $350 delivery charge. I asked , because of the long drive, for the car I was purchasing and associated paperwork could be ready when I arrived. Despite this my wife and I waited at the dealership for one and a half hours before everything was completed and we were able to leave for our two hour drive home. None of the management team introduced themselves while we were there so I cannot rate them above a one star as it’s the only way I can complete this survey.I am pleased with my purchase but I feel that a little more give from the dealership would have made the process more enjoyable. More

The vehicle had a check engine light the day it arrived. The sales rep was made aware the same day.
