Deception! !!!! I can't trust that I have a vehicle that I will not find other issues because the Dealer/Salesperson displayed so much deception in the sale of !!!! I can't trust that I have a vehicle that I will not find other issues because the Dealer/Salesperson displayed so much deception in the sale of my 2025 Honda Pilot Touring. When I made the deal, it included financing with Honda Motor Credit at the 0.9% interest that Honda was offering. 99% through the paperwork and a credit form was put in front of me through JPMorgan Chase that was 8.14%. They explained that they didn't do business with Honda Motor Credit. I should have walked out then. I should have trusted my instinct Then another form indicating NO WINDOW sticker. So now I don't even know the details/equipment of the vehicle I purchased. I don't know if the vehicle was altered, repaired, used, if it has a history, or if it's missing any original equipment. One of the reasons I purchased the Pilot was the Full-size spare tire, but there is a modified non-full-sized spare tire only. If I could UNDO this purchase, I would in a minute. I won't ever even consider a purchase from this dealer. More

I found management to be extremely arrogant disrespectful and unprofessional. I was given a car that is unfit for the road. The car had bald tires which was pointed out to the managers.
