I have a 2017 Civic and I regularly use this dealership for my service. They are always very nice and helpful. However, they seem to have gotten a lot slower over the past couple of years. Dropped the car at 11AM for service, ran errands, and went to lunch. Got back around 1PM and still waited until 2:30PM for the car. I brought a check because I knew that they are now charging a 3% service fee. I had to wait for them to take my check over to the finance department for approval. They do a good job for me and are always very nice. However, I do think they could use some improvement. More
I am rating this dealership with zero stars for many different reasons, but I will only remark on a few of them. 1) The sales rep didn't know much about the vehicle I was test-driving. 2) I finally s different reasons, but I will only remark on a few of them. 1) The sales rep didn't know much about the vehicle I was test-driving. 2) I finally signed the contract for the vehicle and took it home. I waited a few weeks before hearing or seeing anything from the bank, and received no information. I emailed the finance officer several times, requesting information on the process and informing him that I have not heard anything from the bank. Another week and a half goes by, so I decide to call the bank. After informing the bank of my situation, they stated that my SSN is not in their system. I asked them, "How can this be? Does it usually take this long? I am almost at the 30-day mark, and the payment is due in a few days. What will happen to my credit, account, and truck if nothing is done?" The bank's representative stated that they have never received any of the originated paperwork from the dealership. I call the dealership AGAIN and inform them of what the bank stated. The finance officer, Morgan, said, "Oh well, we just found out (which is a lie) that the bank didn't pick up the contract (yeah, because you all sat on it for 28 days) BUT I have another bank that will pick it up, and we just need to resign and resubmit all the paperwork. I told him, "No, just come pick up the truck. I'm not dealing with a company that cannot do its job." I was talking to my sister-in-law, and she said the same thing happened to her in Lake City, and it took them over a month and a half. Sales Rep Drew was cool and had no pressure from him, but he was working on something else and handed me off to another rep. More
They delivered my Ridgeline with a horrible smell of smoke. I had to have another dealership treat the truck and it still smells like smoke. They also failed to provide an owners manual as promised. Once they had my money, they have been totally unresponsive and unhelpful. More
