A Horrible experience. We came over from Tallahassee after having spoken to Matthew and worked out a deal. He texted us THAT MORNING that the car was being detailed and filled and we would see him at 11. When we arrived Matthew was ‘busy’ and sent us to Erich who told us our car was sold! After negotiating and almost getting up to leave we were told that another car was found in Gainesville and you would deliver it to us in Tallahassee that day. Can’t say enough about how much we appreciated Erich Whittmyer (sp?). He delivered the car to our home four hours later. Matthew didn’t even look our way let alone apologize for the mistake that almost lost the sale. Totally unprofessional! . Erich saved the day for us. Give him a raise! Please make sure he, and not Matthew, gets credit for this sale. More
