I would not recommend purchasing a car from Steven Hoggle. He scammed me out of an extended warranty and after trying to reach out to him to discuss it he has not contacted me. My salesman was Mitchell he listened to my situation. I told him my credit was not good but he reassures me he could still work with me. I had alot of miles on my current vehicle over 93k. I told him there was some minor damage but he reassured me that he could still work with me. So I drove to Lake City and he did not disappoint me. I was surprised that I got approved even though I don’t have good credit right now. It was the easy purchase of buying a vehicle with no hassle. I would purchase a vehicle from them again and will recommend them highly to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. More

Sales team was friendly, the service after the sale however. I bought this car on 7/31 and this is my 4th trip here in 3 weeks its been a total of almost 8 hours total and nothing has been done but wro however. I bought this car on 7/31 and this is my 4th trip here in 3 weeks its been a total of almost 8 hours total and nothing has been done but wrong parts ordered. I have had part of my mirror fall off, the washer fluid won't pump and the car only has 26k miles. I have bought 16 cars over the past 25 years, this has been the most time ive spent sitting and waiting in a service department for warranty items is less then 3 weeks More
