Many undisclosed issues on used car - attaching pictures of the current 2020 Panamera GTS that they have on their lot. A pre purchase inspection ($350) turned up quite a few issues that were NOT mentioned o of the current 2020 Panamera GTS that they have on their lot. A pre purchase inspection ($350) turned up quite a few issues that were NOT mentioned on their website (and still aren't to this day!) including: 1. **Paint Condition**: Significant paint damage on the front bumper (appearing to peel as if it's not original - accident?) was not visible in the online photos 2. **Front Camera Damage**: The chipped/damaged front camera wasn’t disclosed in the listing 3. **Service History**: I still haven’t received the complete service history despite multiple requests. 4. **Odometer Discrepancy**: The car has 3,000 more miles on it than what was listed online 5. **OBD Error (P0118)**: An error in the fuel system that they don't want to fix before selling and it is also not included in their "famous powertrain guarantee". Go figure. These are just some examples. Attaching pictures of the inspection report / damages. At least some informed customers might not waste another $350 to inspect this car knowing there is a lot hidden and thus not trustworthy. Tried contacting GM - no reaction over their "talk to the GM" online form. More
We had a bad experience when we bought my son's car from there, but we gave them another chance. We were lied to again. They said they were only going to run my credit with the 2 places we agreed to, but th there, but we gave them another chance. We were lied to again. They said they were only going to run my credit with the 2 places we agreed to, but they ended up trying 5 other finance companies. They did not give me enough for my trade in and the manager was very rude. On a positive note. The salesman, Josh Lindsey, was very nice and made the whole process a little better than our first experience. And thanks to Shane Knight who sent me a video of the vehicle we ended up purchasing. Without that video we never would have come to look at the vehicle and make the purchase. More

Bought a used car on a Monday and by Wednesday the car was overheating and the AC didn’t work. They lie about being helpful and about their cars. They don’t do a full inspection and their mechanics defini was overheating and the AC didn’t work. They lie about being helpful and about their cars. They don’t do a full inspection and their mechanics definitely don’t know how to work on any cars that aren’t A Honda. Terrible customer service. Especially the GM, Nick M. There should be a lemon law on used cars then maybe they would do better!!!! Do not buy from here!!! More
I live several hours away and was interested in a vehicle they had listed online. They force you to purchase their "lake city advantage" for thousands of dollars. They tout a " lifetime powertrain warranty" they had listed online. They force you to purchase their "lake city advantage" for thousands of dollars. They tout a " lifetime powertrain warranty" this product is offered by a company called Dealer General. When contacting Dealer General they will inform you this is a free no cost product that is offered by dealers as a promotional item and is very limited in scope and coverage. The rest of the "lake city advantage" are things such as, rain repellant coatings on the windshield, a magical fabric protection (AKA Scotchgard) on the seats, nifty nitrogen in the tires, and other items that really have no value, certainly not the thousands of dollars they force you to pay. Honda of Lake City is part of the Morgan Auto Group, it seems they apply this same tactic at many of their other dealerships. In my opinion, this is nothing more than a money grab forcing a fee upon consumers. Aside from what I consider their disingenuous "advantage" product, the vehicle I purchased had undisclosed additional damage that was discovered after I purchased it. Damage that was known or should have been known to the dealer. After learning that the "warranty" was essentially worthless, I contacted the sales manager who spoke to the GM and told me they would not refund me, discount it, or provide me a warranty with actual value. I will be pursuing remedy though the Florida State AG and other outlets. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your vehicle purchase as this dealer is not forthright and is disingenuous in it's representation of the "value" of their "advantage" product in my opinion. It's been a few months since I purchased a Honda HRV EX from Honda of Lake City online. It was my first online automobile purchase; surprisingly, it won't be my last. Julie Sullivan was excellent. She h from Honda of Lake City online. It was my first online automobile purchase; surprisingly, it won't be my last. Julie Sullivan was excellent. She helped me with most of the online communications and facilitated the purchase. She was a pleasure to work with and iron out the details to where I got a good deal. She had a partner that also assisted (I believe Stephen was his name) with the transaction, and he went out of his way (literally) to help seal the deal and find the exact color and trim level I wanted. The only hang-up was with the title and registration paperwork, which took slightly longer than anticipated. Still, each time I reached out to the dealership for a temporary tag, Delon put a new one in the mail until that side of things was complete. Overall I had a very pleasant experience and really appreciate Julie and Stephen for their assistance with this purchase. I definitely recommend this dealership. Thanks! More
