Although the staff was friendly, when I picked up my brand new, 2025 Honda Pilot, there were scratches on the driver door and it had not been detailed as promised. I had to bring my new car back for pa brand new, 2025 Honda Pilot, there were scratches on the driver door and it had not been detailed as promised. I had to bring my new car back for paint repair and detailing. The dealership provided a loaner car off the used car lot. The loaner ended up breaking down and the dealership had my new car for over a week, leaving me without a drivable vehicle. The staff only seems to communicate via text message. My faith in the dealership is extremely low at this time. More
