My Service advisor promised they would call me about what to do about my vehicle. No one bothered calling me. I've spent days coming there for a problem I had as soon as I stepped into the vehicle sold to m to do about my vehicle. No one bothered calling me. I've spent days coming there for a problem I had as soon as I stepped into the vehicle sold to me. And ontop of that I have a full coverage warranty the shop is unable to assist with but yet I'm paying for it? Not sure how this makes sense. Or why a busy single mother is being tugged around with no care. I have a busy life working full time put in the summer heat. I'm exhausted and don't want to spend extra days at a dealership that can't resolve a problem they gave to me. Wish someone would take consideration to make things right. I love Honda but my current inconvenience is bothering me. More
