We were in a bind because we were vacationing in Fl and our car broke down. We found a car we were interested in at Honda of Lake City. We asked the Dealer to plug the car in so we could find out about a our car broke down. We found a car we were interested in at Honda of Lake City. We asked the Dealer to plug the car in so we could find out about a light that was on the dash board. They said they could not becuase we had to go to a Mercedes dealer to plug it in. We could not do that because we had to get home to KY. When we got home we took the vehicle to our regular car mechanic and he had no problem plugging the car in and telling us that the passenger air bag would not deploy. $2500 repair. Our mechanic said Lake City Honda should have know about this because an airbag light is a huge safety issue. We drove over 700 miles with no passenger air bag. Either Lake City Honda lied to us or they are negligent by selling used cars that are not safe. And watch out for the bait and switch. They add $1,900 to the final sales price for "Lake City Advantage Package" Whether you want it or not. Be very careful buying a car from them! More

It took about 3 1/2 hours but the process was still pleasant. My only issue was the "Honda of Lake City Advantage" items were not done on the used car I purchased.
