On July 4th, I negotiated a deal on a vehicle. Prior to purchase, a sales manager recorded a video promising a $250 gift card upon purchase, or a $100 gift card even if I chose not to buy. I have followed up multiple times with both my salesperson and the sales manager, with no response. Additionally, the vehicle was advertised with under 27,000 miles. After driving five hours to pick it up, I discovered the actual mileage exceeded 30,000 — a significant discrepancy from what was listed. I was also assured that a cracked windshield would be repaired by a shop in South Florida after I brought the vehicle home. I have inquired about this four separate times and have received no response. The sales process itself was efficient, but the complete lack of follow-through on multiple explicit commitments — a documented gift card promise, accurate mileage disclosure, and a promised repair — is unacceptable. More

Overall pleasant experience just know I overpaid on my new vehicle by about 2500 dollars because I wanted the blue-ish/ gray color. I had a better deal in Gainesville. I been shopping around for a new Accord hybrid within 250 miles of Tallahassee and Lake city did not disappoint me. We agreed to an out the door price and I was able to get a lower finance percentage than my Navy Fed or USSA . The whole process lasted approximately 1 1/2 hours and I drove back to Tallahassee in my new Honda accord. I recommend Lake city Honda 💯 More
