Awesome Service Kept driving by the car on the lot...finally pulled it to look at it. I was NOT looking to really purchase the car just to "look". I have had my 2012 Camaro since it had 7 miles on it. The salesmen not only was very sensitive to my feelings of trading in my car that I loved, he made the new one feel special. All the while giving me a great price on the new car and a good trade in value on my camaro. I recommend dealing with "G" at Honda of Lake City! He's young but such a good listener and knowledgeable. Oil Change Myself and my Husband bought two new Honda Civics back in July 2017. His has been serviced twice for Oil Changes and this was my 1st one. This dealers Myself and my Husband bought two new Honda Civics back in July 2017. His has been serviced twice for Oil Changes and this was my 1st one. This dealership was bought by a different Auto Group than the one we originally purchased the cars through. I am satisfied that I got a "Free" Oil Change for my 1st one but am also confused as to why my Husband had to pay for his 1st Oil Change. I made a call to someone named "Maria" in Cordele, GA. that I was referred to and she didn't have a definite answer other than, "I don't know. Maybe because of the Dealership change." Anyways I left Sunbelt dissatisfied in 2015 and in July 2017 they earned my business back. I hope this new company is as Good as Sunbelt has been this go round. I would still like the "Free" Oil Change for my Husband's car since I think it's only fair. More

I LOVE my 2017 CR-V BUT In May I bought my first Honda. (I've been a Toyota man since 1983) I bought a 2017 CR-V Touring LOVE it but I'm NOT too happy with the service. W In May I bought my first Honda. (I've been a Toyota man since 1983) I bought a 2017 CR-V Touring LOVE it but I'm NOT too happy with the service. When I bought it, I wasn't shown ANYTHING how to operate it. Was told to come by after 6:00 PM and would go over any questions I had. I live 30 miles away ! I've had several ISSUES with the radio,twice a sales girl showed me. Then I went back and on a Thursday and was told I had to return on Monday as the person that works on radios will be there then ! I was in town Wednesday, went to service had to wait several hours to look at it. Made appointment for next day. Had to do a "Hard Start" on computer... 1/2 hr later all fixed for now. Still have a few things I need to GO BACK to dealership to LEARN about my New Honda. May even consider going back to Toyota after this. More

I have been to the dealership many times to buy parts for my 01 civic and ray was always there to say hi and see if there was anything I wanted to look at he took me on many test drives and was always professional and charismatic when it came time for me to buy he was the guy I wanted to talk to he made the whole process very enjoyable and he got me a great deal and even got me a lot more for my trade. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I will deffinetly return for my next purchase ( a civic type R) and I know exactly who to talk to... Ray. The Man! More
