Ian was a great salesman. However, once we struck a deal, the number mysteriously increased by $1900 in the finance office. Instead of checking with the front end, the finance guy tried to convince us the agreed price was wrong. Combined with the speed at which he was whipping though the paperwork and signing for us on the e-sign screen, my impression is that it was a deliberate attempt to change the agreed price. More
