Some details were not disclosed and were only disclosed at the end of the purchase. The car only came with one key (broken), no emergency key, no mats. Came in to the dealership hoping my key can get replaced or fixed, and get the dashboard reset but none of those were accomplished. No key AND no oil change was done on the car to begin with. So now, I have to get a well-functioning key and get an oil change. In my opinion, the cost of the car should have been less than what I paid taking those things in consideration but transparency and disclosure was poor.
