Easiest Car Buying Experience I recently had the unfortunate experience of being involved in an accident that left my car totaled. This meant I had to go car shopping and take on a new car payment. Thankfully, my wife recommended we look into the Honda Accord which brought us to Honda of Lisle. We went an hour before closing on a weeknight and were greeted by their salesperson Orlando. He was direct, to the point, and extremely easy to talk to. After our test drive, we went back home to do our research and finish things up with the insurance company. Over the next few days we were in contact with Orlando to discuss car options and pricing. We had agreed upon a number before even coming back to the dealership. By the time we showed up on a (very) crowded Saturday afternoon, we were good to go. The entire process took under 1.5 hours and Orlando could not have been more pleasant to work with. He had everything ready for us and made it truly a stress-free experience, which is not typically the case when buying a new car. Thank you to Orlando and the rest of the team over at Honda of Lisle! But a huge thank you to Joshua Malinski for making the process so unpressured. He showed us the car we were interested in and told us all the options available. At no time did he force the sale and I appreciate that. After all I am the one who will be paying the bill. My husband and I even went to another dealership and knew immediately that we liked the Honda HR V EX much better. Josh even emailed me again to say that he will be willing to help us out if we have any problems figuring out all the technical advances on our new car as we are part of the Baby Boomers and sometimes this is a little challenging for us.
