Disappointed Coming from a customer service and sales background, my expectations were high. I had already visited another area honda dealer and they sold us on t Coming from a customer service and sales background, my expectations were high. I had already visited another area honda dealer and they sold us on the 15 honda fit, but didn't have one in stock. This dealer had the car and I was able to test drive and confirmed that was the vehicle that we wanted to purchase. One thing I found very odd was that Brandon didn't really work on selling me the vehicle during the test drive. He didn't point out any features and I had to ask questions and ask him to show me things on the vehicle. I asked for a written quote with $$ down and with no $$ down. I was not given both requested documents. Brandon was quick about follow up, but listening skills were lacking in addressing specific requests. When negotiating what they might offer on our trade, they started really low and then agreed to meet the other offer after I finally told them what was already promised me. Bottom line because of lacked trust and didn't feel I was well served, I decided to buy a different vehicle at Honda of Joliet because they had built my trust and confidence. That's right- I purchased my 2nd choice vehicle eventhough this dealer had the car I really wanted and finally did meet my price/.trade in price because I did not like the way they went about business. She is very down to earth and the pricing here is excellent. We had quotes from independent shops that were HIGHER than the estimates Carrie gave us - I couldn't believe it! She is a great communicator and will let you know how things are going if needed (for work beyond oil changes, etc), and I can count on her for giving us truthful and reliable information. TOTALLY WOWED!! Not only did Honda in Lisle beat all the other Honda dealerships but the two people I dealt with, Brian Murphy and Mary Fuscone were the most fantastic salesmen I ever encountered. After buying my Honda Accord, they took the extra step to drive it home for me at about a 30 mile distance on a Friday night!! In addition, they came in two cars so I didn't have to drive anyone back. Incredible. They didn't have to do that, and it showed me that these two really care. They care about the brand, their dealership, and their customers. They were the most friendly, and quite efficient as it took less than two hours to negotiate and sign all the paperwork. If anyone is buying a car, I recommend Honda in Lisle and encourage them to contact Mary Fuscone and Brian Murphy. They both are a class act!! More

We found Orlando Williams to be a terrific salesperson in all respects. He was courteous, professional and very customer-service focused. As difficult as it is to go through the negotiation process, Orlando made it non-confrontational and worked with us to get the price point that we needed to make a deal. We needed his help to make sure the car was ready quickly and he delivered above expectations against the commitments he gave us. My daughter purchased a 2010 Honda CR-V and she is thrilled with her new toy. We would highly recommend a trip to the Honda Superstore in Lisle if you are looking for a used car. More
