After months of researching used SUVs we decided a certified Honda Pilot was for us. My husband and I jumped at the great pricing that the Honda Superstore of Lisle was able to offer. Everything was negotiated via phone and email with Shawn Kinnejad in the days leading up to our trip down from Madison. When we arrived we were turned over to Sager and couldn't have been more pleased. Everyone was so friendly in a non-pushy or fake way. We felt completely comfortable making the decision to go forward with the purchase--whereas you typically feel uneasy that you are making the right decision. This was by far and away the best car buying experience we have ever had and will seriously consider making the two-plus hour drive again when we're in need of a new vehicle. More

We had previously visited a Hyundai dealer and in comparing our two experiences not only the quality of the vehicle, but the quality of service was no comparison. The Hyundai salesman seemed quite upset when we told him we wanted to shop around more, even ending the conversation that no dealership would go down too much in their sales prices due to the current economy. Honda (Jennifer and Frank) not only went down in price, they were not pushy, very understanding that we wanted to take some time and think about it before actually making the sales. When returning they even offered us a car with more little "goodies" on it. We felt very taken care of, that we got a good deal, and great car in the end. Jennifer Holish has a wonderful and very different style in sales that I have ever met. Her voice alone is very comforting along with words of understanding, absolutely excellent! The booklet of coupons, unlimited car wash/vacumes, along with a workshop with door prizes was like the "Cherry On the Icing." The gong at the end when you finish a sales is another indication of what makes this dealership stand-out just a little bit different than another Honda dealership! Well it all stared when I bought our daughter's 2006 Honda civic hybrid 5 spd. stick shift when she came home from college, as living in the "city" she didn't need the car. I enjoyed it tremendously. not to mention the great mpg. I decided to update when the milage went over 200,000 mi. I leased a 2010 Honda civic VP 4 DR,for 38 months. The lease would have been up this June. So my wife and I drove over to the dealer to inquire about end of lease options. Honda has specials going on right now so before you know it I upgraded to the LX with some bells and whistles. The interior is a lot better than the 2010. I like the friendly dash board and electronics in this one. The Honda Civic is a great car for the value and quality. I am 6ft. tall and no problem with head room or leg room. I like the idea that the rear seat still lays down flat. I have a new upgraded car at less money per month. And 2 more years with a piece of mind. Thanks Lisle Honda and Tim Render. I was really not in a mood to buy the car that day--since had a very bad experience at the other dealer.But as soon as I entered,--the sales person Ken Nandani was very polite --listened to me --& also Price had a very bad experience at the other dealer.But as soon as I entered,--the sales person Ken Nandani was very polite --listened to me --& also Price matched the Minivan I purchased. The bottom line is the price--If, they honor it --that is what counts it being a good dealer and that sets you apart. Also--I had a trade in of my Corolla--they gave me a good price--which again was the mail reason for me buying the minivan there. Last --but not the least--what counts to me a lot --is Please--listen & address the customer queries--That is what goes a long way and that is what they did. More
