The price and everything was finalized through chat and phone calls with Henriata. I then went for Test drive and worked with Debby Brown. she is knowledgeable, courteous and very patient. She went through everything with us and was very thorough and professional. Perhaps the best Car Salesperson I worked with! The whole experience was stress free and good. One thing I would recommend, and this is for ALL the dealers and not just for Honda Superstore. In this day and age, the Data entry and paperwork needs to be reduced. Too much duplication of effort, especially when most of my information is already on the system (as I am already a customer). This is not a negative remark but I noticed with Car Buying/Leasing experience in general. More

The sales associate I worked with, Jim Fe 7 Chicagoland dealerships in my search for a pre-owned vehicle, and Honda of Lisle was by far the best one. The sales associate I worked with, Jim Ferris, was knowledgeable about the vehicles I test drove, honest about their advantages and disadvantages, and did not pressuring me to make a decision. In the end, I narrowed my choice down to two different cars at two different dealerships, and I decided to purchase the pre-owned Honda from Honda of Lisle because I felt much more comfortable there than at the other dealership (the sales manager at other place was sleazy and pushy.) I would recommend Honda of Lisle to anyone who interested in buying a new or used car. More

My wife and I went to loke at the CRV last year. We ended up buying it and after one year ( and a baby later) we decided to go look at the Odyssey. We delt with Mike Dalpino before and like the fact e didnt up buying it and after one year ( and a baby later) we decided to go look at the Odyssey. Mike was a great sales guy, friendly to work with and respectful to my financial needs of what I was looking for in a new car. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful. The sales woman that I was greeted by at the door when I walked in sold me a car. I wasn't handed off to a dozen different people.
