I have 2008 Honda Odyssey EX-L. Recently, its back door had problem to hold on when it was opened. I checked Honda web site and found Honda had recall for 2008/2009 Odyssey on EX-L, which is for the exactl had problem to hold on when it was opened. I checked Honda web site and found Honda had recall for 2008/2009 Odyssey on EX-L, which is for the exactly problem. But Lisle Dealership claimed my van's problem can't be covered by recall. They claimed the recall was about power door, even they agreed it was the exactly same problem. I was not happy that I had to pay $130 to get the exact problem fixed on the exact same model of the recall. The stuff in Lisle dealership took it very personal. I had waited for more than 40 minutes to pick up my van. When I tried to mention my case to their manager, he was extremely rude. I will report my case to Honda Corporation and will never go to Lisle Honda dealership for any service. More

This is the second car I've purchased from Honda of Lisle and I'm again pleased with the experience. Not a high pressure sell and pretty efficient process. I was new to Hondas, and the process of looking for the perfect used car, up until that point, had been frustrating and unpleasant. Several dealers from other locations felt manipulative and dishonest to me. However, Mike was the exact opposite. He was honest from the start and very friendly. He was straightforward, and I never felt pressured into any decision. He was fair and a pleasure to work with. For example, on our test drive around the area, Mike pointed out that he heard a funny noise coming from the back breaks. It turned out to be nothing since the car hadn't been test driven in a week or so, but he didn't hide a potential issue that my fiancé and I didn't even notice! It is honesty like that that I appreciate in a car salesman, and I could tell that Mike takes pride in his work. I want to thank Mike for the great experience we had at Honda. I will recommend you to anyone looking for a car! More

I recently purchased a 2011 CRV to keep up with my growing family. There are few times during the course of my normal day when I am faced with negotiating the price of a purchase and it is not somethi growing family. Buying this car, however, was one of those times, beginning with the difference between the vehicle's internet price and lot price and ending with Finance Manager Brad Mitchell's "final" final offer. This is just the nature of the beast. In spite of this, my overall car buying experience at Honda Superstore was good. I checked out this dealership because of its unmatched inventory at my time of research, narrowed down several buying options, and ended up walking away with a lovely vehicle at a price with which I am content, even if not ecstatic. Jim's customer service was on point and included the unexpected perk of me being picked up to go finalize the purchase, saving my wife and our new child a trying trip to the dealership. Nice touch! All said, I would recommend any buyer do their homework before a car purchase, but certainly give this dealership a look for their large selection and good customer service. More
