My salesperson, Mike, introduced himself, and quickly got the vehicle I requested to see. Mike was thorough in his presentation of the vehicle. Asked smart questions about my needs, and made sure I had the features I wanted. The negotiation was simple and compromising and I was satisfied with the deal. Vic handled the financing paperwork and offered an array of options with figures to best accommodate me. In all, an efficient experience and much better than my last Honda purchase from a dealer who will remain nameless in the Northwest Suburbs. I found the car I was looking for on Cars.com. It was located at Honda of Lisle. About 80 miles from where I live and across the WI/IL state line in a Chicago suburb. I was very hesitant to buy a used ca located at Honda of Lisle. About 80 miles from where I live and across the WI/IL state line in a Chicago suburb. I was very hesitant to buy a used car from an out of state dealer that was so far away. After some research, I found Honda of Lisle to be very reputable. I sent an email inquiry and it was answered by a call from Martina in the Internet Sales dept. Friendly, low pressure conversation. She addressed several concerns I had. She explained that being a Honda Certified used car meant I could have the extended warranty work done at my local Honda dealership. This addressed my main concern about service issues that may pop up after I get home with the car. She sent me additional pictures that I needed to qualify the condition of the car. I set up an appointment and was met by Jennifer Holish when I arrived. She was friendly, professional and attentive. If there was any question she couldn't answer, she was very prompt in finding the answer for me. We drove the car, discussed a trade-in, negotiated and sealed the deal in about 4 hours total time. This time included the service dept addressing some concerns I had about the vehicle, detailing the car, and completing financing (at a very attractive rate with no fees).
