The first two vehicles I purchased were from Robin (who is exceptional) however this time she was on a temporary leave and I dealt with Lee and Joe. They both were very good and I would recommend both. The whole process, negoiation to driving off the lot with the car, took 2 hours. That included them looking through there three lots for the vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new Honda. More

Even though I havent bought any car from them I got a very good impression on these guys by the way they deal with me. As I was looking for a particular color I couldnt make the deal with these guys. I echo boohbahman sentiments exactly. I shopped around and got a great deal via e-mail from this dealer and they delivered on that exact price as promised. No haggling, no "lets make a deal". No pressure to add on anything and even their extended warranty pitch was " here it is, do you want it?" approach. The only area of concern was that there were several fuses that were not installed at time of delivery, however they made it all correct the next day when I returned. Naperville/Aurora dealer was closer to me, but that dealer had a lot of extras and add-ons on every car. They are all about the negotiation there, as I overheard several deals going down where they were arguing about a couple hundred dollars while I was sitting under their tent (they are remodeling thier showroom). I wanted to go up to each person and tell them to send an e-mail to Honda of Lisle and they would not have to go through this. Could not be happier with the sales experience at Honda of Lisle and the price was below the Edmunds listed innvoice price. More

I called trying to find out their inventory after working with another dealer in the area. The salesman I spoke with told me that the vehicle I wanted would NOT be released to the dealership I was currently with another dealer in the area. The salesman I spoke with told me that the vehicle I wanted would NOT be released to the dealership I was currently working with. He told me that if I wanted it I would have to come get it from them. He even went as far as saying if I came to him it was "Too bad" for the salesman I had been working with. He did give me a great price but unfortuneately for him-the other dealer got my sale and yes, I paid a little more but oh well. It was very rude to try to "steal" my sale from someone else. Would NOT recommend. PERIOD! More
