SRS Unit Failure I had made a regular service appointment and was traveling up to the service department when my SRS unit failed while I was traveling 60 mph in the fa I had made a regular service appointment and was traveling up to the service department when my SRS unit failed while I was traveling 60 mph in the fast lane on Rt. 17.I was able to pull off the road and get the care functioning again and made it to your facility. When I got there, I made first contact with Alyssa who spoke to me with concern and support. She arranged for the service that I had requested plus evaluation of the auto-systems. A diagnosis was made which required that the car be kept overnight for safety. She arranged for a Loaner in very short order. The SRS Unit was replaced and the car was available the next day as promised and has been performing better than my expectations. Grate employees, service center, sales ( Alex is the best). I have never been unhappy since being referred by Uncle Gus Gentile. I spoke to the mechanic and his knowledge is outstanding. More

Dead battery I came to the service dept without an appointment because my battery was not holding a charge. Once the car was off, it would not restart, and it die I came to the service dept without an appointment because my battery was not holding a charge. Once the car was off, it would not restart, and it died at the drive-up ramp. Despite the fact that there numerous cars ahead of me, Rob agreed to squeeze me in. Diagnostics were done, a new battery was installed, and best of all, there was no charge because the battery was still under warranty. Great service! More
