I also own a Toyota and when I go into the dealership in Mahwah/Ramsey I feel so Paul Eischen is the reason I will be buying a Honda as my next car. I also own a Toyota and when I go into the dealership in Mahwah/Ramsey I feel so unappreciated and not paid attention to. Paul makes you feel human and cared about. I really will buy a Honda next because of that one individual.... if he is still at the dealership when the time comes, and not an executive in corporate by then. For starters, we went to three other Honda dealerships and tried to correspond with three others. We used the online tools like Edmunds and True Car etc. Mahwah Honda beat all the other dealership’s prices from our very first contact. Joe corresponded with me via email when no other dealership would. No one else would even give me a starting price unless I came in. Joe and Mike were open and honest with the pricing and when I tried to beat their deal at another dealership, they said -“take that deal”. Calls and emails were returned quickly and there was never any pressure on the sales tactics. We love our car and rest confident knowing that we got a fair deal. I could not recommend these guys any higher. I am a real customer!! More
