Awesome deal and easy to work with!!! Got internet pricing from Alex. He was the first to respond from 5 dealers...Told him I was waiting for other offers and he said no problem let me kn Got internet pricing from Alex. Other dealers wanted me to come in for their best price or were not fully transparent in all costs (i.e. doc fees, etc...) So I went and test drove the Honda Civic Hatch with my son and told him the second best price (mainly because the first one was a 1 number deal where I had to go in to finalize...He matched the price I asked no hassle, got financed and walk out the door a hour or so later with the new car... GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE!!! More

Dead battery I called around 5:00 PM and talked to Jason about my dead battery problems. He said come in now and we will take care of it for you. He told me the tech's were about to go home so he would change the battery himself because he used to be a service tech. He changed the battery and I was out of there in 45 minutes. More
