My go-to place for Honda Service Efficient, friendly, easy to get an appointment. I appreciate that they review the service records on my car and discuss items that may need to be addressed. If I know it's already been taken care of, such as when I do the work myself, I just let the service advisor know and we move on. My experience has been that Mahwah Honda's service department will discuss what service should be done based on the manufacturer's recommended/scheduled maintenance, not unnecessary work, excessively frequent oil changes, etc., that some car dealerships will scare customers into purchasing. Honda's maintenance Minder works well, although it is important to bring your car in at least once a year. I also appreciate the multi-point inspection and the review when I pick up my car. This lets me know if there is something I need to keep my eye on. I have found that when Mahwah Honda's service department recommends a repair or maintenance item, it needs to be done. More

Great service always great service when I bring my two Honda’s in , ive been coming here for a few years now and Ben Rosario my service adviser and mark greider my always great service when I bring my two Honda’s in , ive been coming here for a few years now and Ben Rosario my service adviser and mark greider my mechanic have been a big help in keeping me informed with my maintenance and any issues that may arise , the only thing I wish Honda had was a free car wash like Nissan , Honda’s still in the construction phase and my car has come out muddy at times . Not too happy about it . Other then that I would recommend them for sure . More
