I called my salesperson who directed me to service and assured me that I would be seen immediately. I drove up to the service center, and 2 hours later the issue was resolved with a thorough explanation of the what went wrong. Mark was professional and apologetic. When it recurred... they quickly got in touch with Honda to learn that this was a part that was being recalled and made the appropriate fix and ordered new parts for me. This is a royal inconvenience but somehow this service center managed to waste as little of my time as possible and instilled confidence in me that they are reliable and will make sure to definitively resolve any problems with my car on my schedule. More
