WHO TALKS TO CUSTOMERS THIS WAY?!?!?!?!?! This man is nasty and is doing a disservice to his employees because now I will purchase a new car at another dealership. I also will be contacting Honda corporate to make a formal complaint about my experience. This man should not be in a position that deals with the public, let alone, a manager.
