He did all of the work in less than 2 days. I went to the dealership and drove off with my car. I was there a total of 35 minutes and most of that time was showing me how all of the features worked on the car. What a great experience! More

Wonderful. I was looking for a late model used Honda. I checked with dealers close to where I live but they didn't seem interested in helping me. When I checked I was looking for a late model used Honda. I checked with dealers close to where I live but they didn't seem interested in helping me. When I checked on line Mahwa Honda had the make and model I was looking for. I filled out the forms on line and within a half hour I received a call from Robert Fazio, he was so helpful and listen to what I wanted and how much I could afford to spend on car payments. He told me he would have an answer for me first thing in the morning, so you can understand how surprised I was when he call me about a half hour later to tell me that he had gotten me a loan, for the amount I wanted to pay and that I could pick up the car the next day. When I arrived at the dealership the next day he went over the car with me and took care of all the paperwork quickly explaining everything as we went. It was such a great experience. The next morning I received a thank you email and two days later a call to make sure I was happy with the car and to see if I had any questions. All and all I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Everyone I meet at the dealership was friendly and helpful, I would tell anyone looking for a car to go to Mahwa Honda first. More

Exceptional Dealership Mahwah Honda is by far one of the nicest dealerships I've had the opportunity to car-shop in. The showroom is very welcoming and not as cramped as so Mahwah Honda is by far one of the nicest dealerships I've had the opportunity to car-shop in. The showroom is very welcoming and not as cramped as some of the other dealerships I've visited in the past. On top of that the employees there were very friendly and didn't keep us waiting much at all. The sales reps that helped me with my lease were Michael Ross and Bob Pellecchia. Mike and Bob were great guys and they were very knowledgeable of the vehicles and the car business. The overall experience I had at this dealership was excellent and the great staff makes it one of the best I've done business with in years. Thanks for everything! More
