Dave Desimone welcomed me, listened to my concerns and my needs, and helped me get into a new lease almost worry free. I found him to be extremely friendly, down to earth, and felt that he really wanted to give me the best deal possible. And I believe I got that. Dave followed up with me all throughout the process and even the paperwork with Jack Russel seems virtuously painless. Jack was honest, straight forward, and professional, I trusted him as well. The customer service was just extraordinary. I will forever sing the praises of Mahwah Honda and "Uncle" Dave Desimone...I look forward to seeing them again when my lease is up!!! More

Stay away from JC Meyer sales person I visited Mahwah Honda and a guy names JC Meyer was there to help me with test drive and answer questions. That day he said he'll do this and promised to follow up via call - after I had left the dealership, I emailed and called him but he never responded. Very rude and unprofessional behavior by a sales person. I will never go there again. I was terrified when rob said I was approved for financi g a car. very intimidated as well. but after talking I was very happy and he connected me to Pablo and said he had the perfect car. it was an accord. foolishly with out seeing the car and talking face to face I was sold and all in. scared I was being taking advantage of but wound up with an amazing car. they showed me the car fax it out requesting it and Ben did most of the leg work. they make a great team and I'll be my only option for purchasing a vehicle till retirement due us part I'll say and I highly re amend the whole mahwaw Honda dealership. but most of all ask for rob and or Pablo.
