He was really straight forward in his approach and this won my business. All the numbers lined up instantly with my lease calculator and there were no games that I experienced with some other dealers (Volkswagen). He also really went the extra mile by driving my new car back to the house as I drove the other car. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation on the way back to the dealer and realized that he was the perfect guy to buy a car from or have as a friend. A dedicated family guy that is enjoying his time with the grand kids. Also have to recommend Jack Russell in finance for his straight forward approach. He is a wealth of information about leases and explained everything clearly. As a finance guy, I understood everything he was saying and I felt like he was actually looking out for me as a customer regarding money down and potential loss in the event of an accident. I came in with the "I'm just looking" mindset and Dave came right over to help. He was super accommodating and so helpful. He asked a ton of great questions and really got to know my situation and what my needs were. Not only did he ask great questions, but he also knew how to listen. Dave actually made the process enjoyable (yes...it's possible!) in getting a new vehicle. Him and Bob were there to sell cars, not play games, which I so respected. Dave Desimone was the friendly salesman who helped me in purchasing my vehicle. His main concern was to make me, the customer, happy and see me leaving with a smile on my face with the vehicle that i had just purchased. Mahwah Honda greeted you with a friendly hello as soon as you walked in and there was someone there waiting for you to talk about the vehicle you were interested in.
