Great Service Experience Had the opportunity to visit the service department for a specific issue. I was lucky enough to have gotten Paul Eischen as my service advisor. He was by far my best experience with a service advisor yet. In the end, I asked him if I could request him as my service advisor in the future, thank goodness he said yes. Excellent and Responsive Service Paul Eischen at the service department is a delight to work with. When I reported that I had run over a deer and heard a purring sound coming from my Paul Eischen at the service department is a delight to work with. When I reported that I had run over a deer and heard a purring sound coming from my engine, he took my appointment for the next day and offered a loaner vehicle. The final cost for repairs actually came in below the original estimate and the vehicle was available on time. The only thing left to have made the visit really superlative would have been a car wash. More
