I wasn't nervous about any hidden fees that other dealerships come up with. Eddie was a personable guy and a very hard worker. He found the car I was looking for, and when he noticed a small scratch, went to find me the same car without any blemishes. I only left because I relocated from Mahwah and VIP was closer to my new home. The service here at the Mahwah Dealership is impeccable. Jesse Arlington (who was my service advisor) is amazing! He is always very personable, upbeat and professional whenever I get my car serviced here! The other staff members are great as well. I do not have as many interactions with them, but the interactions that I do have are always very pleasant! This is my third Honda Accord. You best believe that when it is time to purchase a new one, I will drive all the way down from Central Jersey to this dealership (which is an hour and twenty minutes away) ! They are truly a gem!
