When my wife and I decided to look for another new vehicle, there was no doubt about what dealer we would start at, that being Whiteys Honda. Since we had already purchased 2 Honda Odysseys from Whit vehicle, there was no doubt about what dealer we would start at, that being Whiteys Honda. Since we had already purchased 2 Honda Odysseys from Whiteys, and have been completely satisfied with the purchases and service we have received. We contacted the salesman we had bought from before, that being Mr. Jeff Hape. Once Jeff knew what we were interested in, he took the bull by the horns, showing us different models and explaining all their features. Jeff took his time with us, making sure we understood and answered all our questions. Jeff, at no time pressured us or rushed us to make decisions and was always eager to accommodate us.I have to admit, Jeff is not like so many car salesman I have had in the past, he really knows how to treat a customer with respect and dignity. It was not hard for us to decide to purchase a 2012 Honda CR-V. Jeff just plain made it easy for us to buy the vehicle. Thanks for everything, Jeff. I would also like to thank Mr.Don Debo, finance manager, for his professional help setting up the financial part of the purchase. Don was very thorough and explained each part of the transaction. I purchased A 2002 Envoy in August of 2011,In the 11 months I have owned this nightmare it has been broken 11 times.I make 14,000 A year 2 kids 2 jobs and A sick husband, I did not expect to be sooooo screwed over by A business that has been here so many years.but alas I have been,So now I have no way to get to work or get my husband to columbus to his dr.
