Through the years I’ve taken my Honda pilots there for service and any recalls. They have always been accommodating and efficient.Recently when having my pilot serviced, I spoke to a sales person about th service and any recalls. They have always been accommodating and efficient.Recently when having my pilot serviced, I spoke to a sales person about the trade-in value on my 2021 vehicle toward the purchase of a new pilot. two weeks later, I called my sales person and he was able to set up an appointment the same day I called. three hours later I drove off in my new 2026 Honda pilot! My ninth Honda pilot! Josh was wonderful to work with and I think he was as excited as I was about my new car! He was also very knowledgeable about every feature and happy to share those with me.
