Service manager talked to me briefly about the freak issue that occurred with my recently purchased used Traverse. My driveshaft FELL OUT of my recently purchased used 2016 Traverse. (I put 1,900 miles issue that occurred with my recently purchased used Traverse. My driveshaft FELL OUT of my recently purchased used 2016 Traverse. (I put 1,900 miles on the car and this happened, after 3.5 months of owning car.) I had hoped that going to Honda of Mentor and letting them know what happened to my car got leadership/ the team / mechanics thinking about the level of responsibility they have selling used cars. That was not the case. Buyer beware! No check list of “budget” inspection could be given, when I asked for a copy of what is reviewed, I was met with only verbal snarky remarks. Service Manager made it a point to blatantly tell me he wasn’t even going to consider changing business process of inspection of used vehicles. Glad I am ALIVE and well and know who I will never do business with again. More

We bought a used vehicle and asked several times for a second key fob. We were never given the second set. They Tried to sneak something into the deal (unnecessary add) that would have cost almost a thous second key fob. We were never given the second set. Service has really sucked for over a year. ..Had a bad experience last visit but tried them again this year...Spoke with the manager about the past & he assured me this time would be better...O ..Had a bad experience last visit but tried them again this year...Spoke with the manager about the past & he assured me this time would be better...Once again, like last time, got an oil change & that was it...No fluids topped off, inspection was supposedly done & everything was checked 'good'...My rear wiper bjade still has no rubber on it...Checked good...And the wash job at the end, I get a better job in the rain...All for ~ $68...Definitely won't be using their service dept again...Forgot to mention...Was quoted for new tires & they quoted the wrong size tire...Attention to detail is non-existent here... More
