They Lie! We made a deal for a new 2017 Honda H-RV and they totally went back on their offer after shaking hands and starting the paperwork. I have boight 3 Hondas in the past 15?years and I never had a worst experience at a dealership. They agreed to give me $1,000 for my truck trade in, sight unseen, but recanted their agreement when they saw it. I was called a lier in front of other customers and salesmen and told to get out of the store! There are greater details to be said but the main issue was the salesmen Billy "B" went back on the deal after shaking hands and after we had already filled out papers. Then he lied again when the national Honda complaint center called them to ask about the incident. Bobby "B" said, "he couldn't remember the conversation." More
