I was Very Very unhappy !I bregged on Mentor Honda service was the bestNOT ANY MORE,FIRST TIME EVER I seen the service garage also take the MONEY mean while the Cashier in parts sitting talking about service was the bestNOT ANY MORE,FIRST TIME EVER I seen the service garage also take the MONEY mean while the Cashier in parts sitting talking about her class reunion PLEASE,IT TOOK AN ADDITIONAL HALF HOUR JUST TO GET WAITED ON ALONG WITH 6 OTHERS !I am here to tell you ,you had the best before and you MESSED IT UP ,IT HAS ALREADY TAKEN AND MADE A NEGATIVE INPACT ON CUSTOMER SERVICE GREATLY!!!!!!NO ONE THERE WAS HAPPY SORRY WE WERE TAKEN CARE OF BEFORE,AND FIRE THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PARTS DESK YOU DONT NEED THEM AT ALL THEY ARE PAID WAY TO MUCH JUST TO VISIT!!!!
