They took the initiative to look up the particulars of the warranty in their computer and saved me the cost of the repair and any undue paperwork that might have occurred without their assistance. Bob is always willing to answer questions and explain things relating to maintenance and service for our cars. When I needed to clear a maintenance minder light, Mark Lavin was willing to come out to show me how to do the procedure. Whether it's a simple question or a more complex matter, the people at Courtney have been very helpful with sales and service of our Hondas. More

Mr. Jennings was so kind. I was on an errand when my car wouldn't start. I called the dealership and he came right out and jumped it for me. I drove to the dealership where they found out the battery needed wouldn't start. I called the dealership and he came right out and jumped it for me. Called on a Thursday, spoke to Chris in Service. Very polite and knowledgeable. Dropped car off on the weekend to me diagnosed on that following Monday. The experience was excellent. I got the appointment day needed as the vehicle is in daily use. This was this car's 1st service. Service was performed and completed that morning which relieves any stress by needed as the vehicle is in daily use. This was this car's 1st service. Last week I had a check engine light come on while driving home from work. I used my navigation to find the closest Honda dealer because I am still under dealer warranty. Unfortunately I arrived at t driving home from work. I used my navigation to find the closest Honda dealer because I am still under dealer warranty. Unfortunately I arrived at the dealership at 5:15 p.m. and the service technicians had gone home. An employee was still there and I told him I was afraid to drive with the warning light on and asked if I should leave it there until the next day when they open? He said he would check the car's computer and let me know if it was something that could be driven until they open. He went and got a portable device and checked it and told me it was an oxygen sensor code and I could drive it home and return at a more convenient time the next day. I was thrilled I didn't have to arrange for a ride home and could safely leave. He didn't have a name tag so I asked his name. He said it was Craig or possibly Greg(?) and he was the service manager. I told him I was surprised a manager knew something kind of technical and learned he was a technician there for over 20 years until his back gave out. I dropped the car back off the next day and it was fixed that same day. I was really impressed that they didnt close the door in my face at quitting time and really cared about my emergency situation..which turned out to be not such an emergency! Thanks guys! More
