Great Experience The service representative that I worked with, her name is Ashley, was very understanding and helpful. She understood not only that I need my car to be repaired but also I had extenuating circumstances that made scheduling difficult. She made me feel important and that helping to get my car back to 100% was her priority. Then the service center itself was impressive. Granted it had a normal sitting area with comfortable chairs and a tv. What set it apart was the cafe that was there. Not just a place to get coffee, tea or soda but it offered snack food. Not just doughnuts from a local place but muffins, mixed nuts, and chips. On top of this between certain hours they offer you actual food like a breakfast sandwiches or deli sandwiches. I have never seen that before. It was cool. More
