We walked in, was immediately greeted by Austin Cox, took the car we had seen online for a test drive and then he took all the worry and guesswork off the table. He answered every question we had, presented us with carfax, was super knowledgeable and upfront about everything! He has actually called me personally to assure I am enjoying my new car and if I run into any issues not to hesitate to call. I can't complete this review without giving many xxxxxxto Mark McCormick in the finance department. He was able to find me an amazing lender with an even lower interest rate than the one I walked in with. He answered all of our questions and was extremely informative about everything that was covered in warranties and payments. The staff at Honda of Murfreesboro well exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you guys for making my first actual car buying experience so amazing and not scary at all. You guys rock and the next time I need a vehicle, I will most definitely be coming back to y'all! More
