Toyota kept me in the dark, like everything was a big secret that I was not allowed to be privy to, and kept leading me on, telling me that my car would be there in this month, and then telling me it would be the next month. This went on for 4 months before I was fed up and went across the street to Honda. Stan was open and honest, and kept me in the loop. He sat down with me and showed me the spreadsheet of what car were being built and when. Let me pick out a car off the list that I wanted, instead like Toyota told me which car I would get.
