Everyone seemed very happy to be working, which creates a relaxed and homie atmosphere. Meeting my sales men Ivan was Great!! He really acamadated me in my ever needs and was understanding to my situation. He helped me out in my decision making and even gave me great advice, and I really valued his opinion. After hours of deciding and paper work, when I finally got my new vehicle, Ivan really took his time and showed me EVERY aspect of the car. He was so patient and was always happy to restate his statement! He is so awesome! I will recommend him to all my family and friends. I left with a new affordable car thanks to my amazing sales men Ivan! He's the best! Thank you Honda of New Rochell, and thank you Ivan!! More

Customer satisfaction I bought Honda Civic hatchback. On my first trip I had a flat tire on 95. The damage on the tire is about 3 inches above the road level. The dealer I bought Honda Civic hatchback. On my first trip I had a flat tire on 95. The damage on the tire is about 3 inches above the road level. The dealer is claiming that it is a road issue. I disagree on that. The dealership did not do anything about it. I am leaving the dealer very unhappy and unsatisfied. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
