This was great! I also appreciate the free oil change offered. My salesperson is 5-stars because he was thorough in explaining the car and its operation. I left there understanding how to operate the car, its safety features and its smartphone gadgets. Only problem was that Honda did not make Android Auto much of a priority and my phone is not old but is not on the list of compatible phones for Android Auto. Honda should commit extra special attention to remedy this asap for old and new car purchasers. More

I gave her the stock number and she placed me on hold for a few minutes. When She returned she said yes it was available on their used lot. I told her I was interested and would be there between 530 and 6 o'clock to test drive the car. My sister and brother-in-law arrived approximately 6 pm and was greeted by a young lady named Myra. I asked for Casey and she stated Casey was an online sales rep and she (Myra) would assist us. She took us in her office and I gave her the stock number and printout. While looking up my info and the car, she began talking finance. I explained that I've been preapproved and wanted to see the car before talking money. Once I said that her whole demeanor changed. We walked outside and waited for Myra to return with the keys. when she did she said the car was pending sale and not available I asked if they had any others similar models in the same price range. I told her the one thing that was a deal breaker was no sunroof. The first car she pointed out to me had no sunroof the next three cars she should of me were out of my price range. I asked about another car I saw online, she went inside to check. She stated that car had just arrived on the lot two days ago and wasn't available. I did find one and test drove it based on my research I knew it was marked up more than I was willing to pay. I asked Myra was there any wiggle room and she said the Internet price was the best price but she would check with her manager. We felt like during the whole process we were and inconvenience since I was prequalified. She came back and said he was willing to drop it by maybe 1000 Once I said that her whole we said thank you and walked out nobody said anything tried to stop us. I wouldn't be so upset but I called 2 hours before arriving and was told the car was available. Then asked about a second item it to was available. Both cars were much lower than cars I was shown. What a waste of time. I will not return to this dealership On Monday after posting on YELP, I got a call from a manager name Joe. He apologized and handed me some bs about not being able to update the website because they would lose the pictures. But he wanted to try to rectify the problem. We talked and texted for a couple days. On Thursday, he called to tell me he had some new used cars coming in and should be ready to show the following Wednesday. Tuesday I called and left a message to see if we were still on, but I didn't receive a callback. I tried to give them a second chance, but I see it's not worth the time. wish i could give no stars More
