Great, smooth, satisfying experience and great people! I was looking for leasing a new car, and after some research, I decided I wanted a Honda HR-V. I figured Honda are nice, reliable cars. So, I started I was looking for leasing a new car, and after some research, I decided I wanted a Honda HR-V. I figured Honda are nice, reliable cars. So, I started my search for Honda dealers, and I found some in my area. I called all of them, they give me a great price on phone, then when I go there, the whole deal changes. After a struggle, I decided I don't want a car anymore, just not to have to go through the same headache over and over again. One day, while at my job, I looked for Honda dealers around, and found Honda of New Rochelle 10 min away. I had some time and decided to give it a try. A few minutes after I reached, I sat with Yanira Villaman and explained to her exactly the car I want. She was very professional, very helpful, very nice. She said they have exactly the car that I wanted and she'll put together a deal for me. I was still unsure if that deal was going to change since I had bad experience at other dealers. She gave me a deal along with Sami (manager), which was also very nice and wanted clients to be happy and satisfied and go with a good deal. I accepted the deal they gave me. Yanira then took me to see the car and check everything, I liked it. Then Jose Gomez, prepared all the documents needed and started immediately the process of getting everything ready. He went with me through all the details, explained to me everything in the papers prepared, he made sure everything is exactly like I wanted and what we agreed on. He assisted me in everything and answered all of my questions. I couldn't believe how smooth ,fast, and organized everything went. I went to get my husband to see the car as well before signing the deal, and Jose was there, waiting for us with everything ready. We then met with Phil Velasco for the bank papers and approval. Also, Phil was very helpful, nice and professional and we had no problems at all. We signed the contract and left Honda of New Rochelle very happy and satisfied. We had a smooth, satisfying experience and we definitely recommend this place for anybody looking for a car. More
