Used Car I went today to purchase a car at the used lot of Honda of new rochelle. everything was great. The GM of the used car lot Joe, he is the most unprofes I went today to purchase a car at the used lot of Honda of new rochelle. everything was great. The GM of the used car lot Joe, he is the most unprofessional GM i have encounter. He not only speak bad about his staff but he constantly makes bad remarks on his salesmen. Today i saw him speaking to what seems to be former salesmen in a very loud and disrespectful way. He first approaches the guy and tells him to leave the premisses of the store, he then start screaming and threatening to call the police if he did not leave when he was just having a conversation outside of the store with another Honda of new Rochelle sales person. That is no way to talk with anyone specially in front of customers like myself i am very disgusted with his behavior i don't think ill be back to purchase another car if he is still the GM. He has no respect for the owner of the store or his employees. More

Great buying experience From the receptionist, to the sales representative, Mehdi, to the finance person, it was a very painless and enjoyable process. I was wary of what the experience would be based on past dealing with other car dealerships. I arrived at the dealership at 11:00, was speaking with Mehdi by 11;15, after looking at the CRV in the showroom. Mehdi showed me the trim level that I would be purchasing, which was helpful, since the one in the showroom was an LX, and mine would be an SE. By making sure we were on the same page, it avoided any confusion later in the process. We then went over the exterior and interior colors that were available. I chose my color combination and fill out two forms. The rate I was offered was a little more than the rate from an ad that I had with me. The ad was from Wednesday, and it was Friday. The ad did have an experation date from that Wednesday, but Mehdi honored the rate after I told him that I had called on Thursday and the person I spoke to said the lease rate would be good till Sunday. The difference between the ad and the proposed rate was only $6 a month, but Mehdi made me feel that honoring the ad would not be a problem. That really set the tone for the rest of the process. The computers were down so instead of making me wait around, Mehdi asked when I would like to pick the car up and I said between 2 and 3 would be nice. He told me he would text me when the car was ready. I received a text about an hour later telling me the car would be available at 2;30. I returned and by 2:45 was being shown around the car. Mehdi went through all the features that the CRV offered, synced up my phone and made me feel comfortable with the car. I never felt rushed, and felt confident that if I had any questions after getting home, I could call and get my questions answered. My dealing with the finance person was just as personal and professional. He described the differences between the different leading options and let me make a decision the I was comfortable with. More
