Worst Honda Dealer In The Area My family and I have purchased/leased more than a dozen motor vehicles from Honda of New Rochelle but the dealership is not what it used to be. In the My family and I have purchased/leased more than a dozen motor vehicles from Honda of New Rochelle but the dealership is not what it used to be. In the past three years, the reliability and integrity of this dealership have rapidly declined. The preliminary stages of these problems came to fruition when the new sales department attempted to "hide" a surplus of charges within the fine print of our lease; fortunately, I was able to catch this "mistake". Through out the lease, we encountered nothing but problems. The service department never returned phone calls and even provided us with a loaner car that could not start every time we turned it on. After our car was done with repairs, the dealer gave it back only to discover the vehicle was not driveable and a danger to both my family and the Westchester Community. Because we purchased so many cars from the dealer, we thought it was our duty to give them the benefit of the doubt. After contacting multiple service department members and management staff, NOT A SINGLE PERSON RETURNED OUR PHONE CALLS OR EMAIL. Today, we returned our 2013 Honda Accord EX-L and once again, the deliver did not deliver it's promises. More than 4 individuals asked if we were being helped yet none of them communicated to the manager that we wanted to simply return our leased vehicle. If you are looking for a reliability Honda dealership and trustworthy staff, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Just because a dealer sells 400+ cars a month doesn't mean they are a good dealer. More
