We knew that moving to the suburbs, trying to start a family and both working full time while getting acclimated to all of the other new features would mean that we would need a car fast! Something in a small SUV/crossover to accommodate for all of the above but something affordable to truly accommodate all of the above. More than these concerns we were both not very excited to go through the car buying experience.. in the weeks leading up to our move we had visited several dealerships in both Brooklyn and Westchester and we received nothing but the typical bad dealer experience; non-active listeners, rude/presumptuous salesmen, and really not practical pricing at all. BUT! when we rolled the dice and visited Medhi Hjiaj at Honda of New Rochelle our newly conceived notions were completely reversed. Medhi is an extremely down earth person... He is very friendly and poised to respond to your needs. But besides all of this, he is a true professional. It is clear that Medhi makes it his absolute priority to know everything about the vehicles he is selling, every detail. From the physical features to all of the ins and outs of the paper work that goes along with them. And again equally paramount to that singular priority, he clearly strives to be transparent and responsive to his clients' needs but also their lives. Medhi worked with us on a great deal for a beautiful 2016 Honda CRV. We would highly recommend visiting Medhi Hjiaj at Honda of New Rochelle if you are considering the purchase / lease of a new vehicle.. even if it isn't Honda. Thanks again, Medhi. Terrible Service Center My 2015 Honda Fit's accelerator failed on the highway and almost caused an accident. I brought my car into New Rochelle after reading the positive rev My 2015 Honda Fit's accelerator failed on the highway and almost caused an accident. I brought my car into New Rochelle after reading the positive reviews. I explained to service about the electrical problems prior to the incident. Then how the accelerator failed and I was scared to drive the vehicle. I was told that in-order for service to test the accelerator, I would have to pay $150 for the labor cost if they do not find anything wrong. That my warranty did not cover this test. (When in fact my car is fully covered by Honda Care for up to 3yrs/36,000 miles) Then I was told that cheap gas could cause the problem. I've had enough. I did not buy a Honda to deal with this insulting customer service. Next step will be calling Honda Corp directly. More

Wonderfull young man I never felt pressured with Jose Gomez. I took home the test drive car that was outside. Even for it being a test drive car, it was cleaned and prepar I never felt pressured with Jose Gomez. I took home the test drive car that was outside.
