Here is my story, after short text message from there sales team I visited the HOND of New Rochelle on 3/8/16. The sale Consultant was BEN THOMAS and he was so nice and good if you buy a car. I filled all paper work and came home and told not to run my credit unless call me first. The next day morning I talked to my banker (I was closing my house in 10 days) he suggest me to wait until you close the house. I called around 9:30 and left the message to the Sales consultant MR. BEN THOMAS couple of times. I left messages with the receptionist not to run my credit. After couple hours I talked to MR. BEN THOMAS and he said 'NO PROBLEM I WILL TAKE CARE". The next day I got message they ran two inquiries in my file, One from HONDA of New Rochelle and another from HONDA Finance. I talked to credit bureau and Honda financial; they said the dealer need to remove the inquiry. I called again to dealership and talked to Finance Manager MR. PHIL , he said the sales man didn't inform him on time, I texted and email, left a message to BEN THOMAS and he don't want to answer. Now I am getting problem with my home loan. Again I contacted the dealership and they telling me both not came or not there, they not responding my email or text. ? IF YOU WANT TO BUY THEY WERE SWEET TO YOU, IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUE WITH THEM THEY DON’T COOPERATE. More

Very happy I was very happy with my experience at this dealership. I had my car within a couple of days of my purchase. The salesman Ivan Chavez was awesome, ver I was very happy with my experience at this dealership. I had my car within a couple of days of my purchase. The salesman Ivan Chavez was awesome, very knowledgeable. He even sat with me in the car the day I picked it up to show me all the features and how to set them up and use them. Excellent buying experience. The entire team was FANTASTIC. I started via a telephone contact with Mr. Vincent Brusco. Mr. Brusco was very helpful and informative, and put me in The entire team was FANTASTIC. I started via a telephone contact with Mr. Vincent Brusco. Mr. Brusco was very helpful and informative, and put me in contact with Mr. Mehdi Hjiaj. I did the bulk of my "Q&A" with Mr. Hjiaj. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable, but not "pushy", he simply answered my questions and addressed my concerns. After about an hour-long meeting I decided to purchase a 2016 Honda Accord EX-L V6. Mr. Hjiaj let me know the car would be ready for pick up in TWO DAYS (quite a surprise to me, I was expecting about a week), and introduced me to Kenny (whose last name escapes me), to fill out the required sale/purchase paperwork. Kenny, much like Mr. Brusco and Mr. Hjiaj, was informative and helpful, with no "high pressure" sales attempts. Lenny answered my questions, addressed my concerns, and explained additional coverage I could purchase. I left for the day, and when I returned to pick up the car Mr. Hjiaj sat with me for about an hour explaining and demonstrating the new technological features of the car. This was a TREMENDOUS help, as I am not the most "tech savvy" kind of person. After I "got it" with the technology I did my final purchase paperwork (with Kenny again), and was soon on my way. All in all, it was an excellent experience, and I am already thrilled with my new Accord. I will DEFINITELY recommend Honda of New Rochelle to family and friends. More

I met with Deborati Saha who approached us shortly after we walked in. She showed great patience and outstanding customer service during our lengthy visit. I was able to ask many questions which Debbie was able to answer both quickly and intelligently. If anyone is looking to make a purchase I highly recommend you come see Deborati at Honda of New Rochelle. I was beyond impressed and happy with the service and my new car!! More
What a disappointment My last review was typed when I was real upset, so let me take a crack at it again and be fair. For one, these are good, decent people - *way* more My last review was typed when I was real upset, so let me take a crack at it again and be fair. For one, these are good, decent people - *way* more decent than your run-of-the mill dealership. They're New Yorkers - on the move, and can be blunt at times, but that's not a bad thing. The team knows their stuff. I went in on a Saturday at 10AM. Unfortunately, the place was overwhelmed by midday. They sold 26 cars that day. What sucked for me and got me so upset was that I ended up spending 8 hours at the place, and missed a broadway show I got tickets for my girlfriend and me to enjoy. (My view is that once you're in the middle of a car deal, you can't just get up and leave - you've gotta see it through.) In the team's defense: Joe, the lead sales manager, walked around and personally gave people water bottles, pizza, bags of cookies, etc. The guy was red in the face, hustling after every deal, every customer. I was actually about to leave the dealership, shake hands with the finance guy, and tell him that I loved my experience but that we couldn't come to terms on a deal. He sat me down with the same Joe that passed food around, who then cranked out a deal for me that there is *no way* he could have made *any* money on. Now, am I telling you to go there and squeeze these guys for everything they're worth? No. But what I am saying is that I know sales, and I know when someone really gives a crap about your personal situation versus when they're looking at you as one step closer to a quota. Joe genuinely cared. He saw how far we drove out (from Bayonne, NJ), he saw how long we were sitting down, how upset my girlfriend looked, he saw it all, and he made it up to us with a deal that probably did his business no good, but kept a customer happy. On to my sales guy, Navrick. Navrick was polite, informed, and didn't lay the pressure on us one bit. He gave us space when we asked for it, he was patient when I was difficult, and he did the best he could to follow up with us after we were past his stage in the process (he must have had at least 4 other clients lined up after us). He and I had a slight misunderstanding in communication after that day, but he escalated it to the proper parties and the problems were solved. My final take? The dealership is a special place, and #1 for a reason, no doubt. Before you go there, make sure you have several hours of time set aside - a lot of other people are catching on to their talent, and it gets crowded as a result. I ended up having a personal issue after the day was done and Joe called me as soon as he found out and made sure it was taken care of. In a few years, I'm going to be in the market for a certified Pilot, and even though things were rough the first time around, I can see that these guys deserve my business, and at least the chance to earn yours. I'll probably just schedule an appointment on a less busy day; if they took care of me as well as they did on a day like that, then I'm sure the service will be even better on a regular day. More
Great knowing Chris We met Chris about 10 years ago through my brother who had recently bought a Honda Odyssey with Chris as his salesperson. We got our first Pilot. A relationship with Chris developed and today we consider Chris like family. We leased a couple of vehicles with Honda and Chris as our salesperson. Our daughter also leased a Civic with Chris. In 2010 we bought our Pilot and just this weekend we bought 2015 CRV. Chris has always treated us like family and he has always been honest in our dealings. We highly recommend not only Honda cars to our family and friends, but we send them to Christopher M. Paranzino. More
